I had a great 11-night stay with wonderful weather and everything met my expectations at this place with reasonable prices.

the best thing about the hotel was the weather and the volley ball games at the pool.
after paying a lot of money for apartment, i did not expect to pay extra for air-conditioning, A safe that is already in the room, and then they wanted money for TV. The beds were so hard, i slept on the sofa.

The breakfast was hot and with numerous options. the staff was amazingly attentive. - It was a stunning and fantastic location really close to restaurants, bars, and a lovely beach less than 5 minutes away. - Safe and local bus stops were convenient.

When we arrived the receptionist asked us for a voucher - I provided the confirmation email (from Booked.net) but they said this was not confirmation and were not aware of our reservation

The breakfast was warm and inclusive with numerous options. the location is wonderful and fantastic, right by a 4-star establishment. - the hotel is spotless, located in a nice quiet area. - the staff members at Aequora Lanzarote Suites are very responsive and top-class, from management down.

The apartment was good size and clean, also offered 3 bedrooms which left the main room free for the early risers.Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to beach and local shops etc.

The accommodation had a very central location in taxi to zoo. We ate in the Windmills restaurant, delightful food with good service.

My only complaint is that I went with a friend and we were given a double room without being asked on arrival so I had to sleep on the sofa.

The location of the apartments was very good, beach across the road is a very nice beach. Food along the prom in the area is generally nicer than in puerto del carmens resturants as they are that bit quieter and are more family friendly than in puerto del carmen. The pools were really good for the kids as they had so much choice. Kids really enjoyed there time here. The maid service from the maid that worked in our room was really good, she was very nice and in every day cleaning.
The night time entertainment was not that good. I think it is more the location of the entertainment which was in a dark, downstairs bar where you sit on kids seats and get served drink in plastic cups. The plastic cups was that you got no matter what drink you got and whether you were all inclusive or self catering and in any bar of the hotel. So as you can probably guess we didn;t drink much drinks in the hotel. The bars along the prom were much nicer to go to , to spend money on a pint , as we were self catering a pint in a cold glass is much nicer. (Blue or orange cup generally you would give to kids).
